About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Radiology Department as a Waiting List Booking Co-ordinator. This role involves participating in all duties relevant for the day-to-day operations within the Radiology waiting list/appointments office(s) and assisting the department with regards to all waiting list management issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in all duties relevant for the day-to-day operations within the Radiology waiting list/appointments office(s)
  • Assist the department with regards to all waiting list management issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSE (to include English and Mathematics) or equivalent qualifications/or appropriate previous experience
  • Sufficient administrative and clerical experience
  • Excellent communication skills, data entry/keyboard skills, and experience of using computer packages such as Excel and Word
  • Organized and methodical with attention to detail and excellent telephone manner

  • Welsh Speaker
