Job Title: Operations and Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
The Operations and Relationship Manager plays a critical role in facilitating the integration and engagement of existing and prospective tenants, ensuring the safe and efficient running of sites. This role works closely with the Community Health Partnerships (CHP) Property team to maximize tenant satisfaction and improve utilization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent site management to meet the requirements of patients and service providers.
- Maximize utilization of the site to ensure space is fully utilized throughout working hours.
- Facilitate collaboration and an integrated approach between services within the site and local community.
- Engage local people and organizations to establish the site as a key community hub.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Facilities Management and/or a relevant qualification in Site Management and/or Facilities Management (BIFM level 3 or above). Essential skills include:
- Presentation of complex information to working groups across the health and social care community.
- Financial management, including budget monitoring.
- Developing effective networks with stakeholders within and outside the health sector.
- Ability to work under pressure, autonomously, and to tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Good working knowledge of healthcare and primary healthcare services.
- Understanding of healthcare systems within organizations.
- Health and safety training (IOSH/NEBOSH).
- Experience working in a health centre or large health facility.
- Supervisory experience.
