Job Overview

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Build Supervisor. This position is a key part of our team, responsible for managing site events and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representing the United Living Group brand and ensuring excellent customer service.

Project Coordination

Manage the coordination of resources, including the supply chain, staff, and directly employed operatives, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of coordinators, ensuring their workload is monitored and managed effectively.

Communication and Liaison

Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect, ensuring open communication and a positive working environment.

Financial Management

Approve raised Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all relevant background work has been done to ensure best value and service.

Health and Safety

Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.

Reporting and Analysis

Update internal trackers and schedules, input site data into internal and client systems, and analyze reporting data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes, implement and monitor these measures, and report on continuous improvement initiatives.

Efficiency and Process Improvement

Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes, ensuring the procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times.

Requirements
  1. Technical Skills

Good level of IT skills, including Excel and other Microsoft packages, with experience of working in the Telecommunications or similar industry.

Industry Knowledge

Adept at manipulating client tools and reports, with knowledge of Omnix, Evenflow, ADC Build, Remedy, Arqiva, WIG, SharePoint, and Business Central.

Qualifications

IT and Health and Safety qualifications are advantageous.
