Marketing Director

Spherical Search is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and support the company's business and products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans and ensure effective communication.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a regulated industry, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of the development process for medical devices.
- Strategic product marketing experience with the ability to develop and implement plans.
- Experience managing and working with external marketing agencies.
- Working knowledge of digital communications, including campaign development and implementation of web, social media, email, and PPC.
- Educated to degree level in a life science or business discipline, as a minimum.
- Additional marketing qualifications desirable (CIM, etc.).
- Commercially aware and driven with the ability to plan and deliver strategies that support business growth.
- Autonomy, disciplined management of budgets, ability to present and communicate with impact, driven and proactive, and entrepreneurial.
- Team player with the ability to influence and work across the organization with multiple associates and departments.
