Job Description: Financial Wellbeing Advisor
Ingeus is a leading provider of employment and training services, and we are currently seeking a Financial Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Wiltshire.
About the Role:- This role involves providing expert advice and guidance to individuals struggling with debt, helping them to create personalized debt management plans and achieve successful repayment outcomes.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' financial situations to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized debt management plans.
- Liaise with creditors to negotiate repayment terms and resolve outstanding debts.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the debt management journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in debt advice or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Access to transport for travel across Wiltshire.
