Clinical Care Specialist

MCG Healthcare is seeking an exceptional Clinical ANP / ACP to join their Primary Care Network in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills to work closely with the practice team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of the practice.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the practice team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as part of a dynamic and supportive team
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes

- Strong clinical background and experience as a Clinical ANP / ACP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
