Risk Management and Safety (RSK) Group, a leading provider of services within the bomb disposal and unexploded ordnance (UXO) sector, is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the RSK Group team, you will be responsible for providing financial administration services, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining a reliable filing system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Provide financial administration services using the accounting information system, process supplier invoices, and organize them for online payment and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain a clear and well-documented filing system and record keeping, ensuring all financial documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Payment Scheduling: Monitor individual payment schedules and highlight any exceptional items to the management team.
- Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams to ensure all parties are fully aware of the status of their orders.
Person Specification:
- Strong IT Skills: Possess strong IT skills and ability to manage data, with experience using Microsoft packages and familiarity with Focal Point.

- Financial Qualifications: Formal qualifications are not required, but some formal financial qualifications and experience are desirable.
