Job Title: KS1 Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'good' 2 form entry school in Tottenham. The successful candidate will be required to deliver RWI phonics sessions, have experience in KS1, and may be required to work with SEN children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver RWI phonics sessions
  • Have experience in KS1
  • Work with SEN children
  • Assess individual learning needs of pupils
  • Positively manage challenging behaviour
  • Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals
  • Supervise activities
  • Work with teachers to find bespoke education
  • Work with children in small groups and one-to-one
