About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Cedar Veterinary Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments
  • Responding to client queries via phone, in person, and email
  • Registering new clients and completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications and taking payments
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist experience is essential, with veterinary experience a plus
  • Resilience and ability to cope with emotional situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
