Junior Children's Advocate Role

A leading law firm is seeking a solicitor to join their family law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing firm that offers a range of challenging and rewarding cases.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in family law and be able to provide exceptional legal services to clients. They will work closely with other solicitors and partners to develop their skills and expertise, and contribute to the development of the firm's family law department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients
- Conduct court hearings and mediations
- Draft and prepare legal documents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external parties
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The package also includes comprehensive benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible working hours.
Requirements:
- Experience in family law
- Strong understanding of family law and children's rights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
