Job Title: Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Architect

About the Role:

iO Associates is seeking an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the effective implementation of our cybersecurity strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of cybersecurity into all aspects of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations, incident response, threat and vulnerability management, identity and access management, cryptography, infrastructure, network, application, data, and cloud security.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or doctorate degree in cybersecurity, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • CISSP/CISM certification or other broad cybersecurity industry-recognised certificate.
  • SABSA or TOGAF certified preferred.
