Account Specialist - Respiratory

Drive sales in primary care by creating and executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales across the specified territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the single point of contact for the customer, guiding them to key functions such as education, medical support, and co-creation partnerships.
  • Develop account plans for target PCNs, practice clusters, and individual practices.
  • Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilizing customer insights.
  • Empathize with customers and recognize their challenges, working to support appropriate co-created solutions.
  • Deliver KPIs, including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • ABPI Qualified
  • Full UK Driver's Licence
  • Experience of working in a pharmaceutical sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success in Primary Care
  • Thorough understanding of the NHS environment and customer priorities
  • Clinical and market knowledge ideally within the Respiratory therapy area
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Business planning skills
  • Selling skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups
