We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases. Our commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Ensure managers adhere to internal procedures and UK legislation, issue accurate documentation, and attend hearings/appeal meetings.
  • Assist in coaching line managers in required skills to effectively manage HR processes.
  • Manage training costs in regions, challenging and ensuring they are fit for business.
  • Lead interviews, produce contractual information, and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures.
  • Carry out competency gap analysis and action findings as appropriate.
  • Ensure performance reviews are completed accurately and on time, audit the performance management process.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with current legislation.
  • Audit HR procedures in regional sites and offices, utilise the HR database (HRCules) to support the business.
Requirements

At least 5 years generalist HR experience, knowledge of complex disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and absence management.
