Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a Benefits Advisor to support the administration, delivery, and implementation of UK and wider EMEA and APAC benefit plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Service Centre, Payroll, and the wider Columbia Threadneedle Investments HR Team to offer a professional, accurate, and responsive service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Benefit and HR queries from employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Participating in plan renewal, coordinating and providing data to various vendors and providers
  • Overseeing membership across a variety of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
  • Supporting employee communications via email, the intranet, and summary documents
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices and keeping track of annual spend in line with budget
  • Working with existing and new vendors to support the vendor risk assessment process
  • Contributing to regular benchmarking, identifying areas for improvement, and working with existing or new vendors to improve the overall benefits package
  • Offering tactical and day-to-day support to the Benefits and Pensions team in planning benefit integration and assisting with business-as-usual activities and broader strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Benefits/Reward function or HR administration
  • The ability to work collaboratively across the Human Resources and global Benefits team
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive 'can do' attitude and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Organised, efficient, and able to work to deadlines
  • Confidence & self-initiative to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
