About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Craftworker to join our Estates Team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a full range of maintenance services across our Trust sites, ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of our engineering and building services.

Main Responsibilities

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Craftworker, you will be expected to undertake a broad range of joinery maintenance, repair, and installation work using hand, power, and machine tools as appropriate. You will receive your work on a handheld device from the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk and Team Leader, and will be expected to prioritize your daily workload to ensure tasks are completed in the given priority.

You will be required to interpret work from drawings, instructions, and specifications, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repair work. It is essential that you have an understanding of other craftsmen's work in relation to their own discipline to provide a consistent service when carrying out both maintenance and minor work schemes.
