About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-skilled Maintenance Craftworker to join our Estates Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a full range of maintenance services across our Trust sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake a broad range of joinery maintenance, repair, and installation work using hand, power, and machine tools as appropriate.
  • Operate as a mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Craftworker, receiving work assignments from the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk and Team Leader.
  • Prioritize daily workload, ensuring tasks are completed in the given priority.
  • Undertake multi-skilled works to all Trust properties, including working at heights and in adverse weather conditions, within your own competencies.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repair work, interpreting work from drawings, instructions, and specifications.
