Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Development Program Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and young people, preferably in outdoor or active roles.

A DBS check will be required, which we will submit on behalf of the successful applicant. We also offer reimbursement for vehicle travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage programs that support the development of children and young people.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as education, youth work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
