Job Title: Guidewire Test Manager

About the Role:

N Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead our Guidewire ClaimCentre upgrade and implementation initiatives in the Insurance landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the Value Stream Testing Strategy, Plan, and RAID for all VS initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure high-quality delivery of Guidewire ClaimCentre upgrades and implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Apply expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate testing progress, results, and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve testing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in testing and test management, with a strong background in Guidewire ClaimCentre.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful testing strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the London Markets is an added advantage.
