Event Coordinator

Sodexo Live is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Event Planner to join our Marketing team at American Express Stadium, home to Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from start to finish, working closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning of non-matchday events
- Supporting matchday marketing and branding operations
- Managing customer and event enquiries
- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Coordinating event logistics and marketing collateral
- Developing comprehensive event plans
- Supporting the marketing team in executing promotional activities
Requirements:
- Proven track record in event management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- Consistent experience in event planning, preferably in a sports or large venue environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and passion for delivering unique event experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
