This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join Quba Solutions Ltd, a specialist invoice finance company that provides a product tailored for the recruitment industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our service and products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering all incoming calls and support in resolving queries;
  • Responsible for drafting renewal contracts for existing agencies, liaising with the Customer Success partner for relevant recruitment agency information;
  • Monitoring and reviewing the agency sales ledger to identify increases in credit limits;
  • Liaising with our risk team to send any breaches where appropriate and ensuring the agency partner understands the reasoning behind this;
  • Assisting the Payroll department with payroll queries and bank failures;
  • Completing proof of 'Right to work in the UK' checks in-line with legislative requirements for Quba Principal PAYE candidates;
  • Monitoring and managing the Customer Success email inbox – responding to emails or escalating to the Customer Success Manager to respond or deal with if appropriate/applicable.

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who can carve out and enhance the customer journey of our recruitment partners, constantly questioning why they are doing something and finding innovative ways to improve the service.
