We are seeking an experienced Partnership and Communications professional to join our Communications team at the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimising Partner activation and its implementation into our communications output.
You will work closely with our Partnerships team to develop and implement effective communications strategies that align with our brand values and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Partner Communications function and working collaboratively with the F1 Partnership Activation Teams and Merchandising and Licensing Team.
- Supporting the approvals process of Partner output and ensuring adherence to our brand standards.
- Assisting the Partnerships Team with the provision of creative solutions for activations, content creation, and campaigns.
- Leading the digital integration of Partner content and activations on our platforms.
- Measuring and reporting Partner-specific performance metrics from content output on our platforms.
- Acting as the F1 technical specialist for the Partner Communications function.
- Leading the writing and editorial responsibilities for the Partner Communications function.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in sports Partnerships or Communications.
- Experience of creative storytelling and writing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our brand values and standards, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
