Job Summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers to join our pool of academic support staff, working on day-to-day supply contracts in local primary schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational landscape of our community.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a Fully QTS status, meeting the required qualification standard.
- Stay updated with the latest curriculum requirements, tailoring your teaching approaches accordingly.
- Demonstrate exceptional teaching and communication skills, contributing to a productive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop and implement effective classroom and behaviour management strategies, focusing on student well-being.
- Show a positive attitude, being approachable and empathetic towards students.
- Display the ability to relate well to children, using interpersonal skills to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Maintain a current DBS certificate on the Update Service, adhering to our robust safeguarding policies.
