About the Role

We are looking for a Business Advisory Assistant Director who has excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating financial reporting processes, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with senior managers, directors, and partners to identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of high-quality financial information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to identify opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK reporting standards (including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS) and related financial reporting requirements.
  • Previous experience preparing and/or reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations, and cash flows.
  • Evidence of ability to research technical accounting matters.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
