As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enforcing environmental issues, anti-social behaviour, and relevant legislation, working closely with the Local Authority and Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot patrols, inspect public areas, identify contraventions, and issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) using a handheld terminal or manual systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and evidence for court proceedings.
  • Support prosecutions by attending court when required.
  • Stay knowledgeable about relevant legislation (e.g., Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing act 2016, Environmental Protection Act 1990).
  • Synchronize FPN and photographic evidence from handheld terminals or digital cameras.
  • Undertake other appropriate responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A clean full UK manual driving licence is required for this position, as you will be driving a company vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in various situations and weather conditions.
