Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ARC Support Worker to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people who require intensive interventions and access to therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver positive outcomes for young people by providing structured, evidence-based interventions.
• Work collaboratively with families and carers to develop problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Respond to children and families in crisis, addressing and overcoming difficulties that lead to family breakdown.

Requirements:

• Experience working with adolescents who present with challenging behavior.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS necessary.

Note:

• Right to work in the UK is essential.
• This role requires an enhanced DBS.
