We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Children and Families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of children and families with complex needs, providing assessment, planning, and intervention services.
- Develop and implement outcome-focused plans to support children and families in achieving their goals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed, including emergency response and stabilization.
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Relevant social work qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework and legal proceedings governing children's services.
- Experience working with children and families with complex needs, including those with disabilities, mental health concerns, or other challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including children, families, and professionals.
