We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Bath and North East Somerset Council. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with children and families to provide support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and investigations to identify the needs of children and families
- Develop and implement plans to support children and families, including providing guidance and resources to help them overcome challenges
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families
- Provide support and guidance to families to help them build resilience and develop skills to care for their children
- Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure ongoing professional development and best practice
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team of Social Workers, Team Managers, and other professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.
