Academic Administrator Opportunity
Join TeacherActive as an Academic Administration Assistant and contribute to the success of a SEMH school in Bristol. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent organisational and time management skills.

About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the office, answering calls, greeting visitors and children, keeping records up to date, reviewing and maintaining files, and assisting the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration, possess fantastic organisational & time management skills, with an ability to problem solve & multi-task.

Duties:
  • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including answering calls and responding to emails
  • Greet visitors and children warmly, handling their queries and concerns
  • Update and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
  • Review and maintain confidential files, adhering to data protection policies
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in their daily tasks and responsibilities

Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • A Guaranteed Payment Scheme (Terms and Conditions apply)
