Job Overview
A talented and organised Administrative Assistant is required to support a SEMH school in Kingwood's area, Bristol. The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration, possessing fantastic organisation & time management skills, ability to problem solve & multi-task, with an enthusiasm for day-to-day office tasks.

About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as an Academic Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, answering calls, greeting visitors and children, keeping records up to date, reviewing and maintaining files, and assisting the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting visitors and children warmly
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records
  • Reviewing and maintaining confidential files
  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
