  • Project Management: Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute the initial rollout of the new service to selected markets, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with the new service design and operating model, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Challenge Mitigation: Identify potential challenges in service adoption and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful implementation of the new service.
  • Service Transition: Oversee the transition of markets to the new service, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide continuous feedback and refinement of the service design and operating model based on real-world implementation, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Business Analysis and Service Design Expertise: Strong experience as a Business Analyst with additional expertise in service design and operating model design, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage service design projects from concept to implementation, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Global Experience: Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, with an understanding of cultural and operational differences, and the ability to adapt to diverse market needs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to design services that meet diverse market needs, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Data Stewardship: Experience in data stewardship or data management is a plus, with a strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
