Lead Quality Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the quality department with complete autonomy to implement improvements and drive a "right first time" culture.
  2. Oversee First Article Inspection Reports, ensuring alignment with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  3. Shape and maintain the Quality Manual, keeping procedures current with industry standards while supporting business needs.
  4. Actively supervise production quality, verifying each step meets the highest standards.
Working Hours:
  1. Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  2. Friday: 08:30 - 13:30
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
