Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and achieve long-term business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Executive or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
