Join Our Team as a Graduate Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Planning Coordinator to join our team at MSD. As a Graduate Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of local clinical trial execution and contributing to the development of new initiatives to improve our processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operation Manager, Clinical Research Manager, and Clinical Research Associate to support the delivery of local clinical trial execution.
  • Support the coordination and implementation of new initiatives to continuously improve our processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with local investigator meetings, including invitations, preparation of materials, and selection of venues.
  • Contribute to the development of process knowledge and best practices, and provide training as required.
  • Participate in organizing intern training programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying at a UK university.
  • Looking to complete a 12-month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
