**Elevate Resident Experience as an Engagement Lead at B&M Care Homes**

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, and Care Plans.

• Plan and coordinate a weekly program for the care home, collaborating with care and other staff.

• Incorporate all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when planning programs.

• Display and distribute weekly programs and notices, utilizing information technology equipment for producing schedules and posters.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

• Hold a full driver's license.
