Job Description

Blackfield Associates is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Support Engineer to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing essential support across high-speed manufacturing and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reactive and preventative maintenance support to manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and restore operations swiftly.
  • Work closely with production teams to enhance equipment availability and product quality.
  • Perform routine safety checks and equipment calibrations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and new equipment projects.
Qualifications:
  • Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of PLC systems.
