Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance and Solutions Specialist to join our team at Fulcrum Global Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing solutions within SAP S/4HANA systems and associated country e-invoicing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Requirement Management:
    • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements in document reporting, compliance, and global trade.
    • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into system configuration/development strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance measures and ensure alignment with regulations.
  2. SAP ERP Configuration and Optimization:
    • Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA systems to meet document reporting and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and optimize SAP ERP configurations accordingly.
    • Continuously assess and improve SAP ERP processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  3. E-Invoicing Solutions Architecture:
    • Design and implement e-invoicing solutions within SAP environments, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on SAP e-invoicing solutions.
  4. Project Management and Consultation:
    • Lead e-invoising implementation projects or serve as a consultant on SAP DRC and e-invoicing initiatives.
    • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, legal, finance, and operations, to address compliance and solution requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA on premise e-invoicing tools (SAP Document Compliance and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance).
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud e-invoicing tools (SAP Document Compliance and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance) preferable.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP configuration, customization, and optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in e-invoicing solutions architecture across multiple geographies (Americas and Europe).
  • Project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:

  • Certifications in SAP e-invoicing solutions are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes and industry standards.
