Armstrong Knight is a forward-thinking organization seeking a Commercial Finance Leader to spearhead its financial strategy and drive business growth.
Salary:£85,000 - £105,000 per annum
Job Description:
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning process, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement, setting targets for accounting and finance teams, and developing effective financial management systems. You will also oversee external audits, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports on financial performance and make recommendations for business improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior finance role, strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, leadership and management skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, an analytical mind, and a strategic approach to finance are essential for this position.
