Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Surfacing Solutions team in South Scotland.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operational teams, including the management of our owned/hired plant and equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of owned/hired plant and equipment fleet
- Operational logistics – movement of owned, hired plant and equipment between sites
- Financials – purchase orders for plant/vehicle hire, consumables, and PPE
- Cost/revenues recharges to jobs/projects
- Cost management
- Creating reports and spreadsheets using computer software
- Maintaining accurate records of all owned or hired machinery
- Working closely with operational teams to meet business needs
