We are recruiting for Graduate Talent Specialists to join our dynamic team in a 12-month temporary contract. As part of our Flexible First working arrangements, you will have the flexibility to work from home and occasionally travel to our Windsor office to participate in Assessment Centres.
The role will focus on delivering and enhancing how we attract, assess, onboard, and develop early careers talent into our Graduate, Summer Internship & Year In-Industry Programmes. You will engage our future talent through our Emerging Talent strategy, leveraging our EVP to ensure messages are tailored for Early Careers recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Delivery: Run campaigns and coordinate assessment centres to meet Early Careers recruitment demands.
- EVP Leverage: Tailor our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for Early Careers recruitment, ensuring messages resonate with our target audience.
- Market Competitiveness: Review current assessment and attraction tools to ensure we source the best diverse talent, making us market competitive.
- Senior Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior business leaders and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to improve our offering across all attraction, assessment, onboarding, and development stages.
- Workday Functionality: Ensure Workday functionality is fully utilised to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Central Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Central Early Careers team to standardise and embed best practice, driving excellence in our programmes.
- Graduate Experience Enhancement: Suggest ideas to enhance the graduates' experience, including event planning and measurable feedback collection.
- Workflow Improvements: Identify opportunities to reduce administration and leverage CoEs and Shared Service teams to create efficiencies.
- Talent Pipelines: Work with the business to identify future talent pipelines, ensuring our schemes meet the needs of our people strategy, capabilities, and growth agenda.
Requirements:
- Early Careers Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in Early Careers recruitment and talent management, especially for graduates.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Embrace diversity and actively seek individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives.
- Early Careers Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the early careers market, including experience of running end-end graduate programmes.
- Inclusive Hiring: Understanding of early careers assessment and inclusive hiring practices.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify and embed process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Data lead with experience of reporting and providing meaningful insight to support future hiring decisions.
- Workday Experience: Experience of using Workday would be beneficial.
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
