About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Engineer to lead our Kilmarnock Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, plant, and buildings, and developing your engineering team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in maintaining and repairing a fleet of 82 vehicles
  • Manage plant and buildings to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Work with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage resource allocation, stock, and personnel to ensure high standards are met

Requirements
  • Experience in fleet management or a related field
