  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational skills, with functional literacy and numeracy
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work to deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
