Role Overview

MAC Cosmetics is seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our White City store. As a key member of our retail team, you will support the Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Retail Artists, ensuring they achieve their targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual who can bring our brand to life in-store through inspirational events and initiatives. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop the retail team
  • Coaching and mentoring Retail Artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Contributing to the creation and execution of in-store events and campaigns
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
