We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized make-up consultations and demonstrations to customers
  • Recommend and sell Bobbi Brown Cosmetics products to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and inspiring store environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; make-up artistry qualification preferred
  • Proven experience in retail sales or make-up artistry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
