About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Retail Artist to join our Bobbi Brown team. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized make-up experiences to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Upsell and cross-sell Bobbi Brown products to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure a high standard of visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry
  • Have a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
