We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our client's expanding team in Sheffield. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, offering a range of services in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls from a database to prospective clients
  • Manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
  • Write up reports and maintain accurate records
  • Answer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to provide a range of services
  • Chase stakeholders to ensure all work is completed
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitors
Requirements:
  • High standard of English language - spoken and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude
