We are seeking a commercially focused Associate Director to join our Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will take a leadership role on planning projects, coordinating and overseeing projects, and building upon existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning projects and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical input into projects and bids, using your expertise to identify and realize new client opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- Proven experience in planning, preferably in the private sector, with a track record of managing staff or leading teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
