Join GreenJobs Ltd, a leading environmental consultancy, as we seek an experienced Associate Director to lead our Development Planning team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's growth and success.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Development Planning team. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of experienced planners and developers to deliver high-quality projects and bids.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Providing technical input and expertise to projects and bids, leveraging your knowledge to identify new opportunities.
- Managing the delivery of complex planning submissions and appeals, including acting as an expert witness.
- Leading strategic planning research, policy development, and assessments of development potential.
- Providing senior leadership within the Planning Division, ensuring adherence to professional standards and continuous development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
- Proven experience in development planning and management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
