Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Solicitor to join our client's team as a Law Society Panel Member. This permanent position offers a supportive environment and excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent mental health clients at Tribunals
  • Manage general casework
  • Handle paperwork efficiently

Requirements:

  • Newly accredited Law Society Panel Member
  • Experience in Upper Tribunal appeals preferred but not essential
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Knowledge of LAA and Excel compliance beneficial
