Claims Team Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Claims Team as a Customer Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and management of motor claims, ensuring efficient processing and resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers, repair network members, and internal teams to facilitate smooth claim progression.
- Maintain accurate records and data within the company's management system, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Promote a positive brand image and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and targets.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
