We are currently recruiting for an experienced FP&A Finance Systems Manager to join our team at SystemsAccountants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our new FP&A system, OneStream.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Head of Finance Systems, Transformation Implementation Lead, and colleagues in Tech to contribute to the design and development of scalable data structures and reporting models that align with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement data models, integrations, and migration processes within OneStream.
  • Manage the implementation project of OneStream, ensuring smooth delivery with collaboration from implementation partners, FP&A, and Finance Business Partners.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the transition to business-as-usual operations post go-live.
  • Work closely with the transformation team to implement a post-go-live user support model.

System Administration

  • Act as the Super User for OneStream, providing troubleshooting and guidance to Finance teams for effective system usage.
  • Lead system-related projects including upgrades, customizations, and new feature implementations.
  • Maintain comprehensive user documentation, training materials, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to manage user profiles and licenses.

Data Management

  • Optimize OneStream workflows to support the financial reporting needs of Finance Business Partners.
  • Build and maintain data cubes, business rules, models, and reporting suites to maximize the value of OneStream.
  • Ensure alignment and integrity of data structures and integrations between finance systems and source systems.

System Controls

  • Monitor, manage, and resolve system issues, working with IT teams as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and controls.
  • Manage controls reporting to mitigate potential system risks.

Leadership

  • Lead by example, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management across teams.
  • Guide the team with integrity and accountability, focusing on the optimization of processes, systems, and people.
